Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Equipment
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and inspection certificates are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Shipping and Logistics
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the crate or box and ship the unit back to our central distribution warehouse via a tracked courier.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the equipment for safety compliance and wear; once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
